Join us for an intimate three-day women's Equine Retreat, where you'll be welcomed into a safe, supportive sisterhood. Together, we'll slow down, share meaningful conversations, laugh, heal, and rediscover the parts of ourselves that often get buried beneath the responsibilities of daily life. Throughout the weekend, each woman will experience an Equine Gestalt Coaching session, allowing space to gently release what no longer serves her and move toward greater clarity, peace, and self-compassion. You'll enjoy mindful activities with the horses, peaceful herd observation, gentle yoga, a deeply restorative sound bath, nourishing meals, and intentional experiences designed to calm your nervous system and fill your cup.
