Flourish with Horses LLC, is located at the beautiful Red Tail Ranch in Woodland Park, Colorado. The friendly and happy horses that call this ranch their home have 90 open acres to run and play with their horsey friends all day long. The love, care, and attention they receive daily are unmatched.
The community created here is safe, supportive, open-minded, inclusive, and welcoming to everyone without judgment. We want this to feel like your second home, where you can find connection with others and peace of mind. The horses are living their best lives here in the serene mountains of Colorado and they can't wait for you to come on out and experience this tranquility firsthand.
Meet Casie

I have been passionate about horses and mental health for as long as I can remember. Bringing my two passions together to help others overcome adversity, heal from unfinished business, and flourish into their most authentic and happiest lives is what gives me purpose and joy. My goal when working with my clients is to allow them to feel safe, seen, heard, and supported.

After studying Psychology at City College in San Francisco and the University of New York in Prague, Czech Republic, I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2020. Afterward, I found myself thrown into the most difficult time of my life as my mom was losing her battle with cancer at the same time that I was going through a divorce. It was almost unbearable at times, and I felt an undeniable pull towards the quiet strength of horses.
What began as a search for comfort became a journey of profound healing. Horses held space for my grief without judgment, and in doing so, they changed not only how I healed, but the direction of my life entirely. I decided I wanted to study and learn how to partner with horses to help humans heal. And in October 2022, I completed my first certification as an Equine Guided Educator from Skyhorse Academy.
The experience and training I received only deepened my desire to learn even more. This led me to a 2-year intensive training program to become a Certified Equine Gestalt Coach, which I graduated from in December 2024. As my desire to grow and evolve as a coach continued to deepen, I decided to complete a third certification to become a Licensed Equine Facilitator, fully trained and capable of offering Equine Workshops and Retreats, which I completed and graduated from in June 2025. I am proud that all of my hard work and devotion to school over the last several years have enabled me to launch my own business, Flourish with Horses, LLC, and serve my local community and others around the country. All of my training, education, and love for making a difference in people's lives have led me to where I am today.
Meet the Herd
Teddy
Teddy is an 8-year-old American Saddlebred who came into my life in 2021 and has forever changed my world. Teddy is my greatest teacher, healer, and confidant. He is gentle, calming, intuitive, curious, and loves everyone he meets, humans and animals alike. He is a natural chakra balancer, helping clients feel grounded, safe, and secure, allowing them to connect to the present moment, gain deeper self-awareness, and feel more aligned.
Whisk
Whisk is a 16-year-old quarter horse who is known for his gentle and loving nature. He loves being the welcome wagon to all new horses and humans. Everyone falls in love with him for his calming energy and soothing vibes. Wisk is a natural energy healer and helps clients release stuck or negative energy.. He also helps clients feel balanced, seen, and supported. He loves giving kisses, too, and might try to steal one from you.
Zoe
Zoe is as sweet as they come. Born in South Dakota, she has also lived in Oklahoma, Wisconsin, and California before making the Red Tail Ranch her permanent home. Zoe is an 11-year-old registered quarter horse who has a pretty cool story. She was a surrogate mom and carried a foal for another mare. She loves children and has quite a mother's touch of gentleness and warmth, allowing clients to be vulnerable and express their truth safely.
