Service Description

Equine RX is a monthly half-day self-care retreat prescribed for nurses and health care providers. This is our way of giving back to all of you who give so much of yourself to others. For the month of May, this service will be offered at 50% off to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month. Choose a date that works for you from now through July. Purchase by May 31st to receive 50% off. EQUINE Rx is offered on the 15th of every month and one Saturday a month from 10am - 2pm at the Red Tail Ranch for a day of connection, relaxation & time with our sweet horses. We will begin with an opening circle to allow everyone a chance to feel seen, heard and supported in a safe space by others who understand. Fresh pastries, fruit, tea & water are provided during our circle. Followed by gentle stretching and somatic movement to awaken our bodies, ground, and feel into the present moment. We will spend time outside with our healing horses, grooming with awareness, noticing our energy shifting with the horses energy, and focusing on breathe work. You will experience a curated sound healing journey to relax and revitalize the nervous system. And we will end with a closing circle for reflection and takeaways. Equine Rx retreats are offered at a 20% discount from our regular customized half day retreats as a way of saying thank you to all the nurses and health care providers for all that you do!
