Equine RX

Service Description

Equine RX is a monthly half-day self-care retreat prescribed for nurses, caregivers and healthcare workers. This is our way of giving back to all of you who give so much of yourself to others. Join us on the 15th of every month from 11am - 3pm at the Red Tail Ranch for a day of connection, relaxation & time with our horses. We will begin with an opening circle to allow everyone a chance to feel seen, heard and supported in a safe space by others who understand. Fresh pastries, fruit, coffee, tea & water are provided during our circle. Followed by gentle stretching and somatic movement to awaken our bodies, ground, and feel into the present moment. We will spend time outside with our healing horses, grooming with awareness, noticing our energy shifting with the horses energy, and focusing on breathe work with the horses. We will have a sound bath and chakra alignment to relax and revitalize your nervous system. This will be experienced with a live sound bath practitioner (unless otherwise stated) outside in a safe round pen or arena where the horses are invited to surround us by the fence if they feel called to do so. And we will end with a closing circle for reflection and takeaways. Equine RX retreats are offered at a 15% discount from our regular customized half day retreats as a way of saying thank you to all the nurses, health care workers and caregivers for all that you do!
